Message from the Chairman
For Chinese-speaking enterprises, the question is no longer whether to enter ASEAN, but whether they can enter through channels that are formal, credible and durable. That is the work ACTA exists to do.
At VATIC 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City we brought together delegates from five markets and witnessed twelve cooperation agreements signed in a single afternoon. Those agreements were not the result of a trade fair. They were the result of trust built in advance — through media, through forums, and through networks that hold after everyone goes home.
