ACTA ASEAN Commerce and Trade Development Promotion Association

ACTA adopts a governance model led by the Board of Directors and supported by specialized committees.

The Secretariat handles day-to-day operations, while the ASEAN Honorary Advisory Council and four functional committees focus on cooperation, events, media and member services — giving each part of ACTA's "Heaven, Earth and People" methodology a dedicated operational home.

Committee Remits

ASEAN Honorary Advisory Council

Senior figures from ASEAN industry, government and chamber networks who lend institutional credibility and strategic guidance to ACTA's programs.

International Cooperation Committee

Builds and maintains formal cooperation agreements with ASEAN chambers of commerce, industry associations and government agencies.

Events & Forum Committee

Plans and executes ACTA's flagship forums and business-matching events, including the VATIC conference series.

Media & Market Intelligence Committee

Oversees ACTA's press relationships, market-intelligence publishing and the "Heaven Network" media visibility strategy.

Membership & Partnership Development Committee

Manages enterprise membership, sponsorship relationships and the Global VIP Registry of association representatives and business leaders.

Secretariat

Coordinates day-to-day operations across all committees and serves as the primary operating contact for members and partners.
